Payments:

Payments can be made via 'PAYPAL' - a safe and secure on line method using the online checkout facility on this site.



Custom orders:

Should you like a custom veil making please contact me at info@deity-bridal.co.uk to receive a free - no obligation quotation.

If you are happy to go ahead then please confirm by email and include the email address you would like to have the Paypal invoice sent to.

Quotations are valid for 30 days from date of issue.



Manufacture times:

Standard manufacturing times are 10 - 14 working days this does not include bank holidays or weekends.


'Rush Cut' Should you need your item in a hurry for a dress fitting or hair trial etc. please contact me prior to making your purchase I can advise you on current delivery times. 

I will always try my very best to accommodate your request, there is a small fee of £7.00 for this service and it is non refundable. 

 

Postage and packing:

Items are carefully wrapped in acid free tissue paper  and are despatched using by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for the UK and will need a signature International Signed For Delivery for outside the UK.

Shipping costs:

UK orders £4.95 Royal Mail Recorded Delivery
European orders £10.95 - International Signed For Delivery
Further afield: £11.95 - International Signed for Delivery

Privacy policy:

All contact information including emails etc. that is supplied by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing your order.  Your personal details will not be distributed to a third party.

 

Returns & Refunds

Refunds will be accepted on all items providing they meet the following criteria:

  1. Notification of return is notified within 14 working days of receipt of item - please email your intention to return your item and complete this RETURNS FORM http://www.deity-bridal.com/DeityReturnsForm.pdf 
  2. The item is returned with tags still attached.
  3. The item shows no signs of excess handling
  4. The item must not be soiled or damaged or show signs of wear.
  5. The item is in re-saleable condition - the item may not work well with your outfit but it could be perfect for someone else.  Please handle the item with care, in the event of returning veils ensure they are not 'forced' into the packaging but folded carefully to avoid excess creasing. Please see my diagrams on folding veils at the bottom of the page.
  6. The item has not been custom made - Please see notes below on custom made items.  Orders processed within two weeks of your wedding will not be accepted for return as these come under 'custom made' items.
  7. Return postage is to be paid by the buyer and is non refundable. 
  8. Faulty goods will be replaced free of charge with postage costs reimbursed.
  9. Multiple purchases made for the use of comparing styles are subject to a 20% order value re-stocking fee. 


Under the Distance Selling Regulations you are entitled to 14 days to examine the item and decide on its suitability. After this time I am not obliged to offer a refund. 

Refunds will be made by the same method as payment e.g. payments made by Paypal will be refunded to Paypal, payment made by a cheque will be refunded with a cheque.


Original Delivery charges or return postage will not be refunded.

Custom made items:

Custom made items are non refundable as they have been made to your specifications and I will be unable to re sell them.  Should a custom made item prove to be defective, please notify me immediately and return as soon as possible.  It will be replaced or repaired with return postage costs reimbursed.

No returns will be accepted for refund for any reason after the cancellation period to ensure they have not been used and then returned.

It is the buyers responsibly to ensure any returned item is despatched using a track-able source such as 'Recorded Delivery' no responsibility will be taken by the seller for items that have been lost.

Lost items:

In the event of your purchase becoming lost or damaged in the post then - don't worry - items can always be replaced.

Tracking numbers can be forwarded, sometimes it is simply a case of contacting your local sorting office with this tracking number, they have usually popped it on a shelf somewhere and need to re-deliver it.

Please ensure the delivery address provided is a deliverable one - items that fail to be delivered due to an error in the address submitted on the order will be charged a re-shipping fee before dispatched again. 

Deity Bridal will not be held responsible for late deliveries and would advise that in the event of you wedding being less than 2 weeks you request the 'Rush Cut' service as this will include Royal Mail Special Delivery and will give you peace of mind that your item will arrive in plenty of time.

 

Exchange policy & Multiple Purchases 

Buying your bridal accessories on line is a daunting experience, and choosing the right veil to compliment your gown is a huge decision. Sometimes it is useful to compare different veils to see which style works best with your gown.

Please note the following before making any multiple purchases.

  1. Multiple purchases are subject to a maximum of 3 items.
  2. When an order or part order is returned a 20% order value restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  3. Exchanged items are subject to an additional postage fee of £3.95 and is currently only available to UK Customers.
